Responsibilities:

-Responsible for driving revenue and new business by prospecting/pitching new clients with the ability to qualify and close new accounts
-Generate a high volume of sales-related activity including cold calling, presentations, RFP's, and more
-Utilize your own contact book to drive further revenue
-Cultivate relationships with key businesses and purchasers
-Provide excellent customer service and build strong account relationships while managing our current accounts
-Provide prompt phone/email follow-up to all inbound inquiries, and properly document and track activity.
-Develop market and competitor knowledge (Market Research)
-Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
-Work with management team to accurately forecast revenue from all sales channels

Qualifications

-2+ years of sales/account management experience
-An understanding of the Supplement/Hemp industry is a plus
-A willingness to work odd hours as the client/assignment/deadline dictates
-Must meet deadlines and have strong prioritization & time management skills
-Strong written communication & interpersonal skills, comfortable receiving constructive criticism
-Loves working in a team environment
-A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to work
-Experience multitasking and tracking several projects simultaneously
-Spanish speaking is a plus

As video becomes a growing necessity for social platforms, we are hooked on understanding how to best utilize it to promote Flock Goods.

As Flock Goods’ Videographer, you will work alongside our Founder/CEO as well as our head of marketing to create cutting-edge stories for a wide array of project types.

Your knowledge of shot-making with production and editing skills will be challenged and improved. We are all about inspiring action with the content we create. So, it’s crucial to have an understanding of how to storyboard and create captivating, creative, and unique videos for our brand on Facebook/Instagram.

Your Responsibilities:

- Pre-Production: Engage with influencers to decipher and conceptualize shot ideas for their specific requirements and plan out shoots in an efficient manner.
- Production: Execute shoots with creative and technical abilities while sometimes interacting with and directing influencers on set.
- Post-Production: Articulate editing instructions to the editing team. Work closely with the editing team on supervising the execution of the final vision.
- Exercise creative and technical decision-making abilities during the production of projects by analyzing for artistic, technical, time, material, and budgeting requirements. This includes planning and scheduling productions, and determining equipment, crew, and location needs.

You Are:

-Personally equipped with your own photography equipment that you are comfortable and confident working with.
- A proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Innovative and inventive in the full process of production, while continuously working to improve your creative and technical abilities.
- Experienced operating a camera in a wide array of lighting situations, including artificial lighting.
- Passionate about marketing and business.
- Able to work occasional weekends.

This is a part-time, non-paid internship with opportunity to join the team part-time/full-time based on performance in the San Diego area. We do require a 4-8 hour a week commitment for the extent of the internship.

We are searching for someone who is passionate about social media marketing. The Marketing Intern will work alongside our Director of Marketing to assist with a wide variety of tasks and will also assist with the creative vision of our videographer.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in Managing Instagram, facebook, and youtube
- Create engaging content for social media
- Interact with followers and build follower base
- Assist in running ad campaigns

Requirements:

- Must have an aptitude for the ins and outs of Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube
- Capable of creating marketing plans and strategizing social media growth techniques
- Must be able to stay consistent, meet deadlines, and post on time
- Creative, Artistic, Independent
- Thrives in a team environment
- Can work effectively with minimal direction
*Position will be at on-site events, weekly meetings, or working unsupervised working off-site.*

Preferred:
- Working towards Marketing, Business, Advertising, Graphic Design or related degree
- A virtuoso of mobile apps & Social media
- Social media or other marketing experience with startups and/or mobile apps

This is a part-time, non-paid internship with opportunity to join the team part-time/full-time based on performance in the San Diego area. You will be gaining hands on experience as a Brand Marketer. We do require a 4-8 hour a week commitment for the extent of the internship.
